I received a call from this number today. i didn't hear ANYTHING once I answered - so I flushed the toilet and said "This is what I think of your call" and then hung up!

Called and I blocked number. They called again but they get a noisy sound.

Voicemail picked up said Steve with solar solutions but APAYDAYLOANS acted annoyed cause it was voicemail saying are you there ?
