Caller doesn't leave a voicemail. However they attempt several call yo get you to pick up. DON'T

Similar to another users prev. description...my cell phones actual voice-mail call number was changed to this number. I saw calls for at least 3 months from this # and have no idea how long my VM was changed. Easy fix, but I did notice strange issues with my VM like multiple deleted saved msg's after way fewer than 30 days. Also my VM would always say I was listening to my msg's again, not that I had new msg's! Very Strange, even scary

My voice mail access number was somehow set to this persons phone number. I would like to know who it is and if this person hacked my cell phone. I also want to know how the number for my voicemail got changed to this number. I had AT & T reset my voicemail access number - but it has been set as the above number for a while now.
