I was charged $2.97 for 7 days worth of availability to look up for government grants for school. After that it would be 49.83, I was suposed to get an e-mail with my log in iID and never received it. When you call the customer service # all you get is music. When I called the number they called me from, You get a recording that they will transfer you to a customer service representative,but in a few seconds the recording says it is a high volume day and no agents are available to assist you.I plan on blocking these people from my bank account and suggest everyone do the same!! SCAM!!!!
