Called and hung up, called back and received a recording

Recorded call from Heather, from the dealer processing dept regarding my warranty. Which I don't have.

Received a call from this number - voicemail was three seconds of silence. Called back and line rang for a very long time until I hung up. Believe this to be a scam.

Only identification on incoming call was "New Jersey". Recorded message from Heather saying my vehicle warranty had expired. Bought the car used and the only warranty was from the dealer - that expired 90 days after I bought it.
