Received call on my cell phone this morning. Rings once and then stops.

I have a new cell number how do they get my #-Does Samsung sell the number? Only my family and doctors. have the # Just wondering?? Got rid of the land line so these bozo's would be out of my life!

My cell phone rings once and then stops. I've gotten calls from this number several times recently. Always the same thing. One ring then nothing.

This is definitely spam and how did they get my cell #! Just rang and hung up before I could answer.
