Credit card "services" threatened to close accounts if I did not consolidate. Has called multiple times from different numbers in the last year.

Reduction of my credit card interest rate(Visa) and any other cards. They said they were from Visa, knew my address, said it was part of my annual review, and the chance to reduce the rate was part of my credit card agreement. I asked if I could call them back, I was transferred to Amber a floor supervisor, who wanted to answer my questions, but said there was no # to call back. They would call me back at 4:00 pm today. (1/18-13) I did not want to give out any further info to them.
I do not know if this is the same company that tried to contact me before.
I called *69 to get the # that called me.
I called my actual credit card office and they said there was no such offer associated with this account.

Debt reduction services message. I pressed the option to talk to a live person and when I advised I was on the do not call list, she hung up on me.
