'Credit Card Services' - the recorded message states that 'there is nothing wrong with our credit; however, my eligibility will expire soon to lower my interest rates on my credit'.
It will then give the option to press 1 to speak with a LIVE person or 3 to choose to OPT OUT of future calls. I have done BOTH since #3 didn't seem to do the trick. The LIVE person ALWAYS hangs up on me - never lets me finish. I have told them I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and then I tell them to REMOVE me from their calling list. Usually by then I am talking to 'air' They are gone, yet the calls continue. Is there a way to collect from them by filing charges??
I have also noticed that there are 3 different numbers they call from:

503-563-0072 - Calls the most
866-828-0183
201-632-2362 - 'New York' - on Called ID

I have even called back to talk with them - pressing the OPT OUT of future calls........still, calls come.

Reducing my credit card rate. I pushed "1" to talk to someone, but as soon as I tried to get more information/ask them to stop calling they hung up.

Got another phone call from an out-of-state number
that I don't "know" or recognize.
I didn't answer, but looked up the number here.
They left no message.

I am on the National Do-Not-Call List,
and have been for over a year now.
(I guess this is our government at work for us.)

I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
again, AND to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
again, and see if that can get the government
to work for me, again, and stop these calls.
(Yes I will go through all those steps again.)
We should all pile on.

lowering credit card interest rates, if you wait and press 1 to speak to someone they offer it in person also, i have been hung up on 3 times now when i ask them to take me off their call list

Recording says: "This is the second and final notice to lower your credit card rates. If you'd like to lower your credit card rates, please press 1 to talk to someone to lower your rates." I have hung up in the past and a few times now have stayed on talk to a live person.
