I got the same call today. It said the same thing, and also said ignoring the call is the same as refusal of .. something... it was a robotic voice, I had trouble understanding every word. Robot caller the number "toll free" but aren't those usually 1-800 or 1-888? I looked it up, it's a New Jersey number. It's got to be a scam. The real IRS has an 1-800 number.
