They keep calling cell phone and each time I answer they hang up they call bout 12 times a day what should I do?

Been calling me until 9pm and keep hanging up on me. Call 4x a day.
they call me everyday at least four time, asking for my information: name, address, social security. And they don't explain for what. They said when you verify your identity, we explain everything. I don't want any call from that number.
