Scammers that claim to be recruiters. Some whack-job in a one room office constantly e-mailing and calling people all day and night. I asked them nicely to stop contacting me and the man didn't even speak English. Finally had to report them to the FCC and the FTC for CAN-SPAM and phone violations.

They called twice and left a voice message, but it was silent all the way through.
