The calls coming from 202-207-4111 are a recorded message from scammers. They are trying to scare you into returning their call by telling you that you are going to be arrested for IRS Tax Fraud within 24 hours. I have gotten these calls for several days in a row....yet I have not owed any taxes in years due to disabilities. So, I don't suggest returning these calls or allowing them to scare you at all. They are trying to scam you out of your hard earned money. Just hang-up.
