Same here...IRS is filing a law suit. That's not how they operate. They send a letter for any official business...they don't leave an automated message.

Got a call from (202) 213-1201 Claimed the IRS was filing suit against me. Hey Dumb Asses on the phone any thing from the IRS comes as registered mail and you have to sign for it. Or the man with handcuffs shows up, either way is not good but the scammers try to get you to call a number.. don't do it, it is a scam........
