This number called me and they had a heavy indian accent. As soon as I answered and noticed they were not speaking good english I just hung up. They called me back and left a message I could barely understand so I went online and searched the phone number. I found this and I dare them to call me back cuz I will hand them the most aggravating counter-assault they have ever seen. They will want to get me off the phone. I will keep calling them back all day and night and ask them if they want to purchase a very pleasurable toy. HAHA. I am not intimidated easily.

This idiot is a scammer. He called at my work place which is a retail job saying it's an emergency that he needs to speak with me. Once I got on the phone he than states that his name is steven johnson from whatever bullshit attorney office he's making up, claiming that a payday loan agency filed a claim on me for not paying "$325.00" loan that I NEVER applied for. He than goes on to state it will be filed on Monday for court and if I lose the court it will 5,000 but if I decided to go with the other option and that is the pay up the 3-fucking 25 dollars. So being 23 years old and this guy having an awful thick accent made me cry because he said I would go to jail...and it freaked me out hardcore that he knew my name and my place of work. So obviously, it's at work and I stated to him not to call my work anymore so I gave him cellphone number where he again states the option to go to court and pay the 5 grand or resolve it by paying the fucking 325. So I got fed up of hearing this so I told him to send me documents but he didn't listen. He told me to wait til he's done blabbering than ask questions.....he never finished blabbering. So seeing how distraught I am, my manager takes the phone and tries to tell him to send me documents to my address. He than tells her, my manager to shut up and he'll take HER to jail. My manager even told him to NOT CALL HER STORE AGAIN. So I hung up and went back to work and he called me 2 times afterward but it went to voice mail...because I was working. So I thought it was the end of that whole ordeal. NO, it WASN'T. This motherfucker decides to call my work again the following week. So YOU KNOW WHAT I DID, by that time I did my research found out he's a scum bag motherfucker that pissed off the wrong person. Did you know there's an app for to record your phone calls. Oh yeeea....and I saved his number. So I called him back and of course, he knew who I am because he has a fancy caller I.D. So once again, he states out everything....again except I asked him why he kept calling my work, he went on to say that he called my cellphone that day and I didn't pick up. WELL he didn't and I gave him my cellphone number before because how else did I get his damn number. And no, my work phone doesn't have a fancy I.D. caller. So that's a bullshit lie and once he again he asked what I wanted to do...go to court or resolve it. I told him that I'm going to take HIM to court unless he send documents to my address and NOT to call work anymore because I would handle it when I see the documents. He THAAAN states he will send documents to my address which I didn't tell him what my address is, so after that I was like "okay good, don't my work anymore and we're good" but than he stated that he will continue to call my work even MORE SO and this is his word right here, "to get me fired." His reason is because I committed fraud against them. YEA....an attorney is trying to get me fired because I committed fraud against THEM.....whatever happen to payday loan? So than I got pissed off and ended with I got you recorded stating that he admitted calling my work after me and my boss told him not to, which is illegal, And I got him making threats to get me fired. But he just keep blabbering on with his awful Indian accent or where ever the fuck he came from saying that doesn't matter to them. Well than....so I ended with this, "I know you're scammer that lives Washington, works at YMAX Communcation Corporation(which is a fraudulent phone company) at 3385 state route 1241, Washington and the landline is under the name of Jadyn Medina. PLUUUUS I called payday loan and they said you're full of crap" I got him there, He freaked out going "wait...what did you...you-"That's when I hung up on him. This so called " Scott Thomas" with a very thick indian accent said he worked for a law office and that he was calling because I owed money and a law suit had been filed against me. And if the situation was not rectificed immediately I would be arrested and in jail for 6 to 9 months. He will not stop calling even after I told him that he needed to send it to me in writing and I would then turn it over to my lawyer. I do not know who this person is or the company he said that I owe money to. But I do not like to be threatened or harrassed which is what is happening here.

I've received numerous calls from this number. The first identified himself as Rodney Wilson (Bogus name & strong accent that sounds like he was from India) asking for one of our employees. I asked for what reason he was calling. Stated debt collection call. I asked for his "actual" address so that I could mail him an official notice to stop calling our business so that he would stop the numerous calls and so that I could file charges against him for unlawful debt collection practices according to the 1974 Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The man hung up without giving his address. I called back this number and a Steven Johnson answered stating he was an attorney. I asked him for his address also for the same reason and he stated we would receive no more calls. Rodney called back about 1 hour later. I tried to get address again, he hung up again. Hope I don't have to take it to another level and track him down "physically". Whew!!!!

The guy said his name was Roderick Allen, and that he needed me to call as soon as I got the message. I've actually received calls from several different numbers from the same guy or guys. They claim that I received a payday loan from them and never paid it back, and that they have issued an arrest warrant.

The person is calling from three different numbers// Going by the names of Robert ((not sure last name))// The next name is Steven Fraiser// then today another name..

This man called my husband on his cell phone which is in my name he said my husband owned a pay day loan that he didnt repay so he was going to be arrested within 72 hrs. I then called the number back myself an he wouldnt answer the phone then I called the police myself an the sheriff department told me to tell them that if they wanted to come to arrest my husband come on into Pike County OH and try it bcz they were already looking for them.
So I guess being an attorney doesnt mean much when you dont know the law bcz now I can have your sorry ass arrested myself so dont call any of my phones bcz you have just messed with the Wrong BITCH bcz I will have charges filed on your sorry ass GO GET A REAL JOB YOU NO ACCOUNT EARN YOUR MONEY THE RIGHT WAY BCZ PEOPLE IN OHIO ARENT DUMB YOU DUMB ASS

This number has repeatedly called my cell phone for the last 5 days the first time There was a heavy accented man claiming that i defaulted on a payday loan... of which i never had. He claimed that I would be arrested and sent to jail if i didnt pay this lumpsum to him today! I told him not to call again if he couldnt produce suffient proof of debt. He called again the next day I repeated the same thing and told him to stop harrassing me. The next day i didnt answer he called a total of 26 times. The last call i recieved i notified him that I was recording the call and that I had already contacted my local police about his harrastment

Same thing happened to me and he even told me the last four digits of my social. After I told him he was wrong about a payday loan lawsuit he became somewhat belligerent. I hung up the phone and he called back. I again told him I wasn't interested in anything he was selling and he said "fine then you will be arrested on Monday. Comical.
