Caller ID indicated that an Eric Foster was calling, however, the voice mail message was the same as one supposedly from the Government of Canada threatening arrest due to unpaid taxes to the IRS. When I called the Eric foster number (202-239-2769) a male answered who had a foreign accent and he kept repeating " Helle, Hello..."

Caller: Phone assigned to "Eric Foster.: Recoring was supposedly from the IRS.
