I have been receiving calls from this exact same number! When I pick up, I don't hear anything than silence... I'd rather hear someone say something than this uncomfortable silence. I am tired of this!

called last saturday 19th april at 12:30 pm easten time till 2: pm more then 30 called recevied and every call was prank, i know some of them have i phone magic jack apps they are calling but how to find out who is calling let me know.

It call me 3 times since 3 weeks but i live near montreal so having a call from DC , USA seems weird so i dont pick it up. Surely something useful lollll...

got over 200 phone calls from this number.. an ex girlfriend of my friend keeps calling me from a magic jack number and will not stop

Call received at 23:00hres E.S.T. on a Montreal mobile phone number. Nothing was said. Only called once. I answered in French, maybe that threw him off track, who knows?

nothing was said. It's just a repetitious demon dialer. I have another one bothering me, but I know who he is and that he's a known stalker. It's just a matter of the law catching up to him. But the 202-239-6000 number is the worst due to the silence and the call every 5 seconds or less. I don't even call it a prank call because it comes at any time of day or night and starts up a series of demon dialing that can last a hr or so. It's called harassment.

first they asked for my name and that it was from-ups delivery then theysaid it was from a mr cooper from the treasury dept in Washington dc and that had an international check ..
