Will not stop calling, claiming to be a lawyer.

He said his name was Chris Matthews but he's called me several times before with various other names I can't recall. He always gives me the same lines "He's calling my payroll department, the police & my friends/family to tell them all I committed fraud if I don't pay immediately". I asked him for something in writing to take to my "attorney" he said to transfer him to my payroll department & refused to fax anything. So then I asked for his address to take to my "attorney" he ignored it & said "I'm contacting your payroll department, don't blame me" I told him to do it & hung up. He calls me every 6 months - I paid him the 1st time thinking it was something I did years ago & forgot about it. Then when he called the 2nd time - I hung up on him & googled the number realizing it was a scam. This is ridiculous!!!

I get repeated calls from Kevin Watson asking for someone that I don't know. I started to call him back and ask for the same person. He then gets mad and starts to curse me out. This is a total fraud. Lets flood his phone line with calls back. Ask for Darrell Havark (that is who he calls and asks me for all the time.

My daughter recieved a call from this Kevin Watson character stating that he was an attorney from Winston and Associates. He was very irate with her stating that he was going to call her job and threatening her with being sued about a loan that she applied for but never accepted. She was very afraid because she is barely 18 and never had to deal with such a thing. I then called him on behalf of my daughter to find out what the problem was and he could not give me any information just to tell me my daughter was a thief and she is going to jail then proceeded to hang up on me(WOW)...now what kinda lawyer could that be. I then proceeded to call the original lawyers of Winston&Associates located in Texas, and told them the situation and they told me that it was indeed a fraud, he is using their company name and that this person who calls himself Kevin Watson is not part of their establishment and that they also tried to call him and he will not respond to them.The lady advised me to make a police report and after talking to a detective me and my daughter were advised to not have anymore contact with him and to block his number in which we are doing. I am sure that he will be investigated..It is a scam

Received a call from Kevin Watson again today, and after looking the number up on Google and realizing that it is a scam, I decided to tell "Kevin" that my husband is an attorney and that I have already contacted Winston and Associates and the local authorities about him. He proceeded to yell at me with some profanity and insisted that I will be arrested today if I didn't pay for the payday loans I owe(I havent taken out a loan other than for school, so that was all bs on his part). He had my social security number as well, so I am filing a formal complaint and reporting to social security and to the credit bureaus as I type. He had called me at least 15 times a day leaving messages for the past 3 days...until now of course
