Recorded message from them stating I would be arrested for IRS Tax Fraud within 24 hours. This is totally a scam. The IRS does not call you on the telephone at all. They only respond or send letters through the mail.

IRS threatens to arrest within 24 hours if no call back. When I called the number back it was a Magic Jack number with no information. Just a scam. the IRS will contact via mail and no arrests or warrants are ever served via the telephone.

This was the message left: “_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ to you this is tax crime investigation department of internal revenue service and the _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ of our call is to inform you that we have received a legal allegations against your name for a tax of Asian and tax fraud and IRS is going to take legal action against your name _⁠_ to the Federal claims court house therefore you will be getting arrested within the next to come in 24 hours we want you to contact us back and if we did not get any kind of response from your rent we are not responsible for any kind of legal consequences you may be scraping _⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_ future so give us a call back on 202-241-0934

Voicemail: take legal action against me to the Federal claims court...you will be arrested within the next 24 hours...we want you to call us back, if we do not get response from your rent, we are not responsible for any legal consequences you may be facing.

The calls coming from 202-241-0934 are a recorded message from scammers. They are trying to scare you into returning their call by telling you that you are going to be arrested for IRS Tax Fraud within 24 hours. I have gotten these calls for several days in a row....yet I have not owed any taxes in years due to disabilities. So, I don't suggest returning these calls or allowing them to scare you at all. They are trying to scam you out of your hard earned money. Just hang-up.
