I just received this same call - stating that the Internal Revenue Service has been trying to reach me and this was my last notice. They stated that they are filing a law suit against me and to call the phone number for further information. I have never received a call from this phone number, and have no reason to have a 'law suit' filed against me. As suggested above, I will report this to the IRS as a scam.

Received a automated recording stating it was a final call from the IRS regarding a lawsuit they were filing. Called the number back it was busy.

Automated recording said "they've been trying to reach me from the IRS and they were sueing me" I called the number back and no answer
