Call received from 202 241-3505 saying they are with the IRS and were suing me. Confronted him about it being a scam and they hung up immediately

Received 2 calls today from this scum bag. I called back. I could barely understand what this foreigner was saying and told him if you were really the IRS, they'd have someone who speaks clear English, not broken crap. I also told him not to call my number again. Where are the laws to go after these crooks?

This scum bag called me 2 times today, telling me that the IRS was taking legal action against me and that they were at my home earlier in the day to arrest me. I could barely understand this foreigner when I called back, asking for someone who speaks English. What a scam. The number is now blocked from my phone.
