Claimed to be "Officer Eric Foster from the Internal Revenue Department." He didn't have my name but said "This call is for YOU!" Had some European accent. He left a message n my home machine and demanded that I call him back immediately but did not issue a specific threat. Didn't call him back. He was almost yelling. He would have been intimidating if it wasn't so silly.
