United States Department of the Treasury
A guy named Steve Robinson called after leaving a message five days ago. This time he said he was calling from Department of Treasury instead of Department of Legal Affairs stating that there was a legal action against me and asked if I have a lawyer. I asked if he knows how legal process works in the US, and if I was ever served with complaint. No answer. I told him that he was f***ing idiot and need to get a job. He said "Oh My" and hung up.
A person named Kelly Allen called my house today claiming that the they were from the Dept of Legal Affairs, Treasury and that I owed money on an old debt to the IRS. And if I did not pay immediately they would arrest me, put a lien on my property and take my drivers license. I then said that I have taxes for over 20 years and worked with the IRS and the IRS NEVER calls or emails ANYONE first. They will only send a letter for the first communication. The phone went silent and it then disconnected.
Caller left a message that he was calling from Department of Legal Affairs and said it was regarding important issue. He said there will be a legal action if I don't call back soon. Heavy accent. Had to listen to it three or four times to figure out what he was saying.
Called my house stating that the call was from the Department of Treasury and that there was a case filed against me. I should call back immediately. Very heavy accent - almost unable to understand the verbage.
