I had this guy call twice, I let my machine get it both times, 1040 division of the IRS. "Do not ignore this call" and the IRS will NOT CALL. Second time the guy called I grabbed the phone as he was leaving a msg and told him he was full of it, he threw the F bomb at me, professional and from the IRS huh? nahhhh :)

This should be 100 on your spam meter, as this is criminal activity being perpetrated by "william wright" one of the many alias this criminal ring is using, along with realistic phone numbers helped by majic jack. Majick jack should be held responsible for this too, as they know criminals here and in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica are trying to scare and scam people out of money. They are doing it successfully...for everyone that reports it on sites like this, others are scared to death and actually wire money to these felons. Do not send them money.

I just received a phone call by a "John Davis, a "special agent" for the US Food and Drug Administration. He left this phone number but called from 800-200-1052. I, too, panicked a little but my gut told me this was fraud so I checked online. Glad I did.

received a message on my cell phone today from a "Wm. Wright" - DEA Washington, he said something about medication confiscated in 2007, 2008 and medication received ? I refuse to call him back and looked up his # from caller Id online. SCAM!!!!! I was a bit nervous for about 2 minutes and figured it was a hoax.....

On 12/13/2011 I received a call from William Rice claiming to be a DEA agent. He went through the same story as the other people above. threatening jail time with a court date on 12/28/2011 in Washington DC. But then said everything would go away for $950. I told him it sounded like a scam to me at that point he hung up. I contacted the local FBI office. They tried to call him back but he would not answer. I was advised by the FBI that this was probably a scan and if he calls back to contact them again.
