I’ve received several calls from this number but the message is not easy to understand except, “IRS,Dept of Justice, Black listed, and charges.” I returned the call and got someone on the phone that sounded exactly like who left the message. He claimed I have an IRS claim against me. IRS won’t call first, they mail first! Scam!
