WTH...this scared the heck out of me on Thursday when I called them, I almost closed out my bank accounts. Today I called back as they had called again and "Justin Miller" was unbelievable. When I finally said fine I will pay it online at IRS.gov and he said "no it's already too late" I asked why, I just told you I was going to pay I just need the case file to reference. He became very hostile and even cursed over the phone....soooo stupid

Did not answer the call from 2022581110, they left a message saying that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. The IRS will never call you and will not file lawsuit except in extreme circumstances, clearly a scam (especially since I'm in college and not even required to file income taxes).

Called said IRS is filing a lawsuit claim against you for $5,000. Told me that i had to get my debit card and get into my car and drive somewhere. said if i didnt pay they would send my records to the Courthouse and i could face fines and jail time. Called H&R block after they hung up on me and said its a scam, not to be worried aboutit
