Whenever I answer the phone whoever's on the other end waits a few seconds and hangs up once I start saying hello hello that's it I want them to stop calling me my caller ID says it's from Washington DC and I just want them to stop calling me they represent of a cell's as the IRS which is a scam it's too bad that the government cannot go in and shut them down I want the intrusive phone calls be to stop
