Can't recall. The very rude representative started to offer something, but he had a very THICK accent that seemed Asian. I could not understand almost anything he said.

some one call me saying i wont $7,000 this was a scam they ask for my bank number and when i ask to email it to me they hung up

they call regularly in chinese accent asking for Helen. they refuse to delete this number from their data base. real pest obnoxiouds bums. also use various area codes to call.

They said they were the United States Treasury, and I am to receive an $8,000 grant. I was told the only way to receive it would be through direct deposit so they needed my bank account number. They called me on my unpublished cell and asked for me by name. They also stated they knew I was approved for the FAFSA. This is true. I began receiving these calls one day after receiving e-mail confirmation from FAFSA.
