"IRS is filing a lawsuit against me, call 202-294-3426" No name given other than IRS. This is a scam, do not call. IRS does not file lawsuits, they garnish wages, attach your IRS returns etc. and they would not call you. They would send you an official letter.

This phone number is not in service when you call back. It is an IRS scam. They will tell you that the IRS is suing you. Report to your local police department.
