I received a call this morning from a person with a foreign accent. He didn't give his name. Because it is not the first time they contact me saying they work for the U.S. government and they want to give me a grant, I instantly recognize him and didn't allow him to finish. I asked him to remove my number from his list and to better not call me again and hung up on him. This person called me back pretending I was who called him and saying F...K YOU to me, so he basically repeated what I had said before: that I "should remove HIS number from MY list and don't call him anymore".
Same as the other posters; heavy accent, calling from the government and I hung up and blocked the number on my cell so she cannot call back.
Very noisy background and a woman speaking in an accent. I made it as far as "Hello, I'm calling you from Washington DC, Okay" before I hung up. Scam
Called my cell and left no voicemail.
Shows Washington DC exchange. Didn't pick up. (I'm also on Do Not Call list but that has been shown time & time again over the years to be pointless. (202) 311-2634

They just called me today too. I asked them what my name was to check that they had the right number, then they hung up on me.
