I am on the do not call list but get called from places like this and dif you answer and state that they hang up

Decided to answer for a change and they said they were from some pharmacy group calling about dry skin or something. I asked them to stop calling me and take my name off their list and they hung up on me without acknowledging my request removal. Blocking them.
