This would be the last call that we would receive about lowering our credit card interest rate. We have received numerous calls of this type. Unfortunately we did not always record the phone #, date and time.

Automated Call from Cardmember Services inviting me to stay on the line for an operator who would give me a lower rate on my credit card. When an operator came on the line, she refused to tell me who or what company was calling. Caller ID listed the caller as Wireless Caller 202-351-3916

Automated call for last chance to lower credit card rate. I pressed #1 and when live person came on, I asked for the number to be removed from her list. She hung up on me.

They said they could reduce the interest rate on my credit card, and to press 1 for more information. I pressed 1, and asked to be taken off their list of numbers. She then got rude, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she told me to "Shut your trap". She then said she could call and harass me anytime she wanted to. Three minutes later, she called back from a different number.
