Lowering credit card rate this was the 2nd call in 30 mins and the first man told me not to answer my phone if I didnt want to listen THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE FINED!! THEY ALWAYS CALL WITH DIFFERENT CELL PHONE NUMBERS
