STATES HE IS FROM WINDOWS COMPUTER HELPING ME OUT AND WANTS ME TO PUT CROSSLOOP IN MY ADDRESS BOX SO HE CAN GET ACCESS TO MY COMPUTER. HE SAID HE WOULD FIX IT. SAID HIS NAME IS ERIC. I SAID MY COMPUTER IS NOT ON AND HASNT BEEN FOR DAYS. HE SPEAKS LITTLE ENGLISH. IT IS A TOTAL SSCCAAMM!!! BE CAREFUL THEY CAN GET ALL YOUR INFO FROM YOUR COMPUTER AND EMPTY YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.

they stated they were from pc experts and wanted me to turn on my computer stating they were detecting critical errors. I would not turn on computer and lady was foreign and would not tell me how she got my number. I told them not to call this number again.

calls every hour sometimes 3 or 4 times within an hour. I had 3 calls in 30 minutes one time. can't return call either and they don't leave message.

Numerous missed calls a day. They leave no message and unable to call back; phone line is busy signal. Very annoying since the calls begin in the early morning.

They said they were calling because my computer was sending error messages. I said I don't need help with my computer and hung up.
