Number is used to perpetrate scam. They call pretending to be "Law inforcement at Treasure Department (IRS)"
stating that htere is outstainding warrant for arrest for unpaid taxes and if you don;t resolve it immidiately your creadit cards can be stopped and you will not be able to work in US for 7 years etc.

A foreign speaking person with very broken English claims to be with the US Department of Legal Affairs and that an action has been filed against me. I have received this call numerous times now. This is a scam. The number is not a government registered number and if it were legit they would send you something via US mail.
