I also got a call from this guy,but I suspected it was a scam.The irs does not call people up they us the postal service....i looked up the phone number and address,and i got [Bernard Boley IV,913-47th st NE,Washington DC 20019...I`m keeping my eyes opened.This guy must be stopped,let`s report him to the DC police and FBI.

Received four phone calls from (202) 370-6713. He left the same recorded voice message each time. The message said, "Officer Daniel Wiseman calling from the legal dept of the IRS. This is in reference to a criminal lawsuit filed against you. Your case number is CS93271. The moment you receive this message I need you to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time-sensitive. Don't disregard this message. You need to return the call. If you don't return the call, or if I don't hear from your attorney either, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds around you. Good bye.

I received a call as well, and immediately called the IRS. They stated that they do not make phone calls. If this was a real IRS issue, I would get a certified letter from them. Block the call, it is definitely a scam...

How many more calls does this guy have to make before something is done. He called and told me that I did not answer his last two letters sent from IRS and would be arrested within next two hours. What does this guy get from doing this. I didnt believe it for a minute and he was screaming at me you will be arrested and hung up. What agency handles these continious fraud phone calls, does anyone know?

he called me too and said i am been sued by the IRS and if i dont call back i will be charged so i blocked him because he did not verify any details about me to make me believe him so i hung up, FYI i received many calls before from these numbers around the DC area which all scam (202)-370-6713
