Said his name was Mike Hall and also sounded Eastern Indian. He said there was legal action against me which was "news" to me. The phone cut out several times when he was giving the name of the department. He urged me to call back.

Said his name was "Sean Andrews". Sounded East Indian. He said he was calling about some legal action against me which I know nothing about. He tried to mention his department TWICE but the phone cut both times before the name of the department could be mentioned. Very suspicious.
