Same badly spoken message claiming to be the IRS, and threatening me with arrest by "local cops". Obviously the IRS does not act like this.

RoboCall saying that I need to call them back in 24 hrs. or "you will be taken into custody by local cops because there are 4 serious allegations pressed on your name"
