Carolyn could hardly pronounce her own name. She was calling from the Department of (mumble ... mumble ... mumble). There was a long pause, I said "Yes." She repeated the above. There was another long pause ... then she said, "You have been seeeeelected to receive 9,000 dollar grand." I said, "No thanks!" and hung up.
