I dearly wanted report these calls to the FBI or some authority to be prosecuted or at the very least send them over to ISIS so I can see them kneeling in a orange jumpsuit!

.I too got the call twice today.Same number as above 202-390-8534. It shows that number on the phone and also Washington, DC. They said it was a call from the IRS and they were suing me. I knew of the Scam so I hung up as soon as they said the IRS was suing me. What I want to know is how to block these calls from my ATT Android Moto X phone. Cant not find a way to block unwanted calls like this. Calling ATT now.

Received phone call message was left that I was being sued by IRS -- knew this was phony because the IRS does not call they send information using USPS (United States Postal Service) - how do you block these people from calling -- this is despicable and frightening to those that are not aware of this scam.

Way to funny! IRS wouldn't call at all. They would send legal documents through the US Mail. Or have an agent come to your house. I was thinking about calling the number from a pay phone (if I can find a working one) and play the message to who ever answers it with a laugh track in the background.

Of course it's a scam. IRS does not make robocalls like this. I let it go to voicemail and they at least left a message from a robot, telling me to call back. Said that a lawsuit was being filed against me.
