Called me today. Same guy & phone number: 202-391-0775...

Same! Called me and left a voice message saying his name is Jerry Hernandez from the Dept. of Justice and asked me to call him back. Unfortunately my phone number gets A LOT of telemarketing/scams, so I'm gonna go and assume that this belongs there, too.

This number called me with a man identifying himself on my voicemail as jerrry Hernandez from department of justice. I think it is a scam.

202-391-0775 called me five times in a row and I couldn't answer. I called back the number and a gentleman with a hispanic accent answered stating his name was --- [unintelligible first name] Rodriguez [spelling ?] with the Department of Justice asking me to hold. A midi music tone of fleur de lise played then I hung up after 15 seconds. I contacted DOJ switchboard and they confirmed that that 391 prefix was not associated with DOJ and this must be a scam.
