found more info: is a cell phone--carrier: Arch Wireless Holdings, Inc. --my guess, the person works for that company, or used to work for that company, or stole that phone. I tried to call a couple phone numbers to that company to alert them maybe they can catch the person if they know them but the phone sound is like a fax.
