202-413-9015 is a robo call; saying that the irs has a law suit against you. Then you are to call 202-413-9015 and they have a bull shit case file number for you. The lady repeated the phone number in the meanest voice ever. The IRS scam has been all over the news. The advise is never to pick up your phone. After the recorded message, just erase and continue erasing every time that the pretend irs calls to try to scare you and try to fleece you financially. It is a federal crime for these scammers to portray themselves as the IRS and it is a federal crime for the pretend irs scammers to accuse the IRS of having a law suit against you. So, be wise and NEVER pick up the phone. ERASE every message from these criminals. I am surprised that the F.B.I. hasn't been able to get a hold of these irs scammers, arrest them, and put them in prison where they belong.

Just received robocall to respond. Broken english spoke from a crowded call center, knew my name but no other information except "lawsuit". He disconnected after failing to answer questions. Guess he didn't make any money on that one ... on to the next sucker.

The FBI needs to investigate immediately the IRS scam at 202-413-9015. I have been receiving robo calls from a female who impersonates the IRS telling me that the IRS has a law suit against me and that the IRS also has a file case number about me. Impersonating the IRS, falsely accusing the IRS of having a law suit against an individual, and falsely making up a lie about a file case number on an individual are all federal crimes and these scamming thieves need to be caught asap by the FBI, prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and throw in prison for the rest of their lives. The IRS scammers have a rehearsed script and a rehearsed voice which is to scare the hell out of the people that they want to scam and also to clean out the individuals financially. I hope that the FBI catches these animals as soon as possible.

Received several calls from this number saying they are the IRS and a warrant for my arrest was filed. I needed to call immediately. THIS IS A SCAM...... I call the number and was told I owed the IRS money and a Warrenty for my arrest has been issued. I needed to pay immediately. I asked for a name, badge number and case number surprisingly he did give this information but it is false. When I challenged him he proceeded to threaten me and stated an officer would be at my door in 45 minutes. I needed to pay immediately..... I told him this was a scam and I would call the IRS. (This person had an accent and I could hear other voices in background like a boiler room setup.) He continued to threaten me that all of my accounts would be frozen and I would be arrested, that I needed to pay immediately. I continue to receive calls from this number at all hours of the day. I have filed a scam report with the IRS. If you can, block this number.

The aforementioned people claiming to be from the irs called and left 4 messages claiming they were seizing my accounts, driver's license and we're going to arrest me when I called back. Same thing .. Picked up phone immediately. I called the FTC and reported them

They just called me from the same number and they jus said that it was from the IRS and that I was being sued.

They called me a few minutes ago, it's an auto dial message claiming I'm getting sues by the IRS after many attempts to reach me. i may or may not call back for entertainment purposes. What a scam!

This is a loathsome con in which - if you call back - the man on the phone will tell you that an arrest warrant has been issued and that 'if you want to resolve this outside of the court house' then you have to follow their directions. I don't know why the police don't go after people who pray on the elderly etc with scams like this. Shame on them.

IRS doesn't call you they send you a letter.

this number called me about 10 times and every time I gave them a different name...and everytime I would call them out they would call me ugly names and hang up

Mine came with Caller ID saying the call was coming from "Cell Phone DC". Same computerized voice saying that they've been trying to get in touch with me (they called earlier in the day and I ignored it). Same claim that the IRS is suing me. I'm not going to call the number though.

They called and said I was about to be sued by the IRS. I called the number back and they immediately answered the phone as the IRS. I asked if they were really the IRS, and was asked my name. I asked for the operator's ID # (IRS always identifies this) and was greeted with "F**k you MF" and hung up on.

IRS SCAM, I RS WOULD NOT LLEAVE A MESSAGE TO SAY THERE FILING A LAW SUIT YOU WOULD GET A LETTER CERTIFIED.... THIS IS ALL A SCAM
