They had called a couple months back and the same thing. I guess it wasn't that IMPERATIVE that we speak to me, over two months later the longer they wait the more it shows how bogas it is. Ba Ha Ha. just block these FOOLS

I received a call today from a unknown number. A male recording left a message that stated "We are contracting my name. In reference to an allegation of check or bank fraud. It is imperative that we speak to you regarding this allegation. Our office has demanded contacting your employer to verify your employment to issue paperwork to you to appear in court. If you wish to stop said action press 9 or call 2024172021. Once again contact 2024172021, you have until the close of business today.

Well I wish they would, cause its such a scam. If it were true, there would be police at your door, fraud is criminal, not civil. They turn the info over to police or state for charges. If true they would have all your info from a check or bank info. They could send you a certified letter (that would be mail fraud, and they would be highly punishable). Don't waste your time with scammers they have time to waste and harass people. Never send them money, it is bogas. Call your prosecutor's office against them.

I recieved a call today from a blocked number. A male recording left a message that stated my name and that I was being accused of bank fraud and they would be contacting my employer. They stated that I needed to call 202-417-2021 by the end of the day or court papers would be filed.

RECEIVED A CALL FROM A MALE RECORDING STATING THAT THERE WAS AN ALLEGATION OF BANK OR CHECK FRAUD AGAINST ME. THAT THEY WERE MANDATED TO CALL MY EMPLOYER TO VERIFY EMPLOYMENT. ALSO THAT THEY WOULD BE ISSUING PAPERWORK TO APPEAR IN COURT BY THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS DAY.

i received the same call today on both my home phone and my cell. it was a male recording that used my full name and said the same thing - an allegation of check fraud, they had to call my employer and that i had to call back or i would be arrested, etc. my husband took the recording to the police station who confirmed that this is a total scam to try and get information to rip people off.

called the number back and said that it was attached to a scam, person told me that it was to a switch board and their actual number is an 800 number (can't remember what the number is). has this been said to anyone else?

Received 2 calls from this number once on my cell and one on my husbands. Stating that I owe money and have 4 hrs to call them back or I will be sued and my employer will be contacted and wages garnished.

Received a call from this # and this pre-recorded message said, I only have 4 hrs left to call this number or a restraining order will be filed against me and they were going to let my employer know about withholding my wages. The recording said their giving me 4 hr to call this # 201-417-2021

Called say I have 4 hrs to call them back or the will file a restraining order against me garnish my wages, it just a recording when I called the number back it says sorry we are not able to connect this call

They r calling reguarding payday loans that was never given saying they r going to garnish wages and restraining orders.
