Called at 9:20am pst. Said he was from government agency and I had recieved $7k grant for paying my bills and taxes...Told me to call back when I hung up, 202-417-9483 and speak to Bryan King. When I asked his name he studdered out B..Bruce.......Bruce S..S..Smith, in a very strong East Indian accent.

He did have my address.

Solicitation type call. Won't leave message if you don't answer but will keep calling until you do. Phishing.

The caller said they were from an agency with the US Government and they had $7000 that they were willing to give me. She started in on her schpeal and I told her that I was on the do not call list. Immediately she hung up.

Said they were from GE. Said something about smoke alarms. They had a very strong India accent.

at 10:34am 3/21/12 wed. ans. mach. got call & party hung up when mach. kicked on. Left no message. get calls ALL the time especially ones who say NOTHING., just hang up if we ans. ph.

These callers are SCAMS. They call all the time. DO not give them any information and you CAN BLOCK them if you have that setting. Here are the numbers that I found to be SCAMMERS!!!! I am keeping a log and will be posting them each time they call!

They say 'nothing is wrong with your account.....' They want to help by giving a better credit card rate. Receiving 2-4 calls a day from these guys. The pre-recorded messages to the cell phones are using minutes from our plan – that is illegal.
