Man, said his name was Kevin, very thick Indian accent, hard to understand. Said he was with Fed. Gov't and I had been awarded a $7000. grant. Alot of call room background noise. I listened until he started giving me directions to go to a moneygram store!

Man with a foreign accent said his name was Henry from the USA Defense Department, I hung up on him.

2 phone calls within a couple hours and no VM. What scam is this?

Called 4 times in the last two days. Woke the family up at 5am local time. Upsetting. Says with a thick accent Grants.
