no name on caller ID. I get these calls on my cell phone at least once a week. Usually a man with a thick Indian sounding accent. Once was a woman. I tell them don't call back, they keep talking. The only thing I can understand is "united States" and "grant". When you finally yell that you are calling the police, they will hang up.

Found # on Whitehouse.net website as a fax #. Numerous reports about scam and debt collectors using this #.

internet search reveals they call you up and say you received a grant. For me, they just called me and then hung up without saying anything at all
