Received calls from this number, and was told by the almost non-English speaking person that this call was from the US Treasury department and my number had been selected by my government to receive a $9000 grant.

I got a call twice no message - called the number back - "number you dialed is not a working number" -

I got this call 4x today and they are saying I was given a federal grant that I never requested. They hung up on me when I asked for their location and a government official to speak to me.
Called 3x today. Scam.
