This same # has been calling us and left a similar message. They told us that they audited us from 2008-2012 and we intentionally did something and now we owed $3000 and did we want to be sued or settle out of court. Since I also have a business and have dealings with the IRS all through the year, I know that they will send a letter in the mail first.
