I Was called from the same number, 1-202-470-2408, under (listed name as out of area) on May 20, 2015. With African accent, the caller said that I'm under IRS and HLS investigation and if I don;t pay about $1,900, I will be arrested. When I asked him to send me the charges in writing by mail, he hanged up.
They said is Federal officials for IRS my sister is investigating
