I have Reported this person to the IRS fraud department.

The phone number he called from and also left in the voicemail was 202-470-3209.

I figured I could send it as an email, since our office is equipped with email/voicemail.

I did call him back and ask him to remove my phone # (since he has now called my work 3 times) and let him know that I would be reporting his scam.
He said, “go ahead, do it, right away and quickly”. He got agitated when I would not give him my name, only the phone number that he should be taking off his list. He asked if my name was Rudolph. I said no.

Anyway, I hope you catch this guy. He had a very strong accent (Indian I think).
