I called the number. Got an "all circuits are busy"
Voice message threat - final attempt to contact me to appear before grand jury and to contact same number. Said they were FBI. Ignoring but may contact local authorities.

THREAT - claiming to be from IRS. Said any attempt to ignore call will be taken as action against the U. S. Government. Advised me to call the number to speak to an agent. I ignored call.
